New Computers & Monitors
Everything here is factory sealed, and that is a phrase worth defining because it gets used loosely. It means the seal has not been broken by a previous buyer, by a returns department, or by us. There is no prior owner and no prior deployment, so the operating system is exactly as the manufacturer shipped it, and the manufacturer's own warranty runs from your purchase date. What you are buying is a machine in factory-original condition, with the manufacturer standing behind it directly.
Why Buy New From a Refurbisher
We can sell that credibly for the same reason our refurbished hardware carries a full one-year warranty. Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher status is an audited certification rather than a label a company gives itself, and the same testing discipline and sourcing relationships sit behind everything we ship. On the refurbished side that shows up as genuine licensed Windows, tested components and our own warranty. On sealed stock it shows up as hardware that reaches you exactly as it left the factory. Two different guarantees, both backed by the same operation.
That distinction matters more in some purchases than others. Procurement policies in regulated environments often require unopened hardware with an unbroken manufacturer warranty chain. A machine bought to resell, or to hand to a client, sometimes needs to arrive in its original packaging. And where a rollout has to match a manufacturer's current specification exactly, sealed stock is the direct route to it.
New or Refurbished?
Sealed is the right call in three situations: when a procurement policy requires unopened hardware, when the warranty chain has to start with you, or when you need current-generation hardware with no refurbished equivalent yet.
Outside those three, refurbished is usually the better buy. The same budget buys more machine, the selection is considerably deeper, and every unit carries our own one-year warranty. Start with refurbished laptops if you need to work away from a desk, refurbished desktop computers if the machine stays put, or refurbished monitors if you are upgrading a setup you already have.
