Satisfied customer
"I needed, a reliable portable and reasonably inexpensive computer for processing photographic data. I purchased this computer after researching both the supplier and the computer, and found the of the research very positive. The process has not been without hiccups, however. The first computer delivered had a faulty hard drive and wouldn't boot. I immediately contacted SL, and they worked directly with me to: first, provide instructions to attempt to re-seat the existing disk in case it had only been dislodged during shipment, and second, to begin the process for replacement when the re-seating failed to bring the disk to life. I'm positive the hard drive was damaged during shipping. Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased with the purchase, and would certainly go to SL again if/when I need another computer."
Fantastic find!
"I really needed a new laptop but couldn’t afford one. This Dell Latitude moré than fit the specifications I wanted for an unbelievable price! The customer help was great and it arrived quickly. I also got the preferred screen and keyboard I asked for. I am very happy!"
Great Customer Service but. . .
"I have had great customer service regarding pre-purchase questions, shipment tracking and delivery. Sadly, there were some issues with the laptop. Again, Customer service was great in trying to rectify the issues, but then requested I return it for a replacement. I have returned the laptop and am waiting for the replacement to be shipped. While this has been a disappointment, the customer service has been great and I expect it to remain that way until I am a fully satisfied customer."
Computer purchase
"Hi - I’m very happy so far with my computer. You also made an exception at my request and allowed me to pay for expedited shipping. Many thanks! Regards, Miguel"

"It is in expellant condition. Appears to work fine so far. If it continues to function for an adequate amount of time I surely will consider purchasing more products in the future. Thank You, Vernon Starkey"
Purchase
"Purchase and delivery of laptop was fast and as advertised."
Great machine in great condition!
"I rolled the dice on two ThinkPads - one from Amazon and one from System Liquidation, since I've had bad luck with used laptops in the past and figured one of the two probably wouldn't work correctly. The one I received from Amazon was in pretty rough physical shape (obviously heavily used) and had a flickering screen, so I sent it back. The one I received from System Liquidation was in perfect condition and worked great! (That's the one I kept, obviously. ;-) )"
Dell Latitude 5480
"The reason I bought this one is my dissatisfaction with new computers. I have bought 3 since 2024 - the screen hinges on all of them broke. The ratings show this is more durable. Time will tell! Currently I am using a 20+ year old Dell Latitude D620 which I love. Thanks for the quick service. The computer seems in good shape - looks new!"
HP Laptop
"Touch pad doesn’t work. Have to use a mouse"
"Came in looking and working like a brand new laptop!"
