The Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher (MAR) program is offered to select refurbishers. It gives them access to Microsoft engineers, the ability to offer genuine Windows 10 and 11 installations on refurbished machines, and access to advanced training.

Becoming a MAR is not an easy task, as Microsoft carefully evaluates every applicant, scrutinizing several core processes in their refurbishment processes. The processes for how units are inspected, repaired, and tested are audited, along with quality assurance.

Our parent company CNB Computers USA Inc. takes a holistic approach to offering IT services to organizations with a focus on leveraging refurbished computers. CNB is able to understand a business's needs, even at the enterprise level, and strategize how to maximize IT budgets with refurbished options.

Additionally, CNB offers IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), which allows businesses to sell used IT equipment to CNB or as credits towards replacing them. Organizations are able to leverage ITAD programs as part of managing IT expenses, effectively trading old devices to pay part of the costs of replacing them.
